1. The service

We provide a cloud-based point of sale, inventory and business management platform.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions & payments

Plans are billed monthly or yearly. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to store unlawful content.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
